The event includes the participation of three international scientists:
- Prof. Enrico Brugnoli, Principal Investigator and ex-director of the Earth System Science and Environmental Technologies Department of the National Research Council (CNR) in Rome, Italy.
- Prof. Pedro Soares, physicist of the atmosphere at the University of Lisbon (FCUL), Portugal.
- Prof. Martin Siegart of Imperial College, London and Co-Director of the Grantham Institute for Climate Change & Environment, United Kingdom.
And with the participation of:
- Prof. João Pedro Costa, Professor at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Lisbon, author of the book Urbanismo e Adaptação às Alterações Climáticas, Councillor in Lisbon city council.
- Jorge Portugal, Director of the Association for Corporate Innovation - COTEC, as representative of industry.
